My Giant Fairy Tale Activity Book - Our Review

This months Parragon Book Buddies review is of 'My Giant Fairy Tale Activity Book'. We were really excited when this arrived as Finley is really into activity books at the minute and is getting really curious with his learning.

This book has it all from following trails with your pen, colouring pages to copying pages. This activity book has activities for both Finley and Noah who are 2 & 4. There was the more simple activities like the colouring for Noah and then there were the number games and the finding the right path for Finley.

The book is so colourful and really does hold the attention of the boys. There is something new on each page so it keeps their mind busy. Finley especially loved the pages which you had to follow the line to get to the exit, this was a great activity for him to practice holding his pen and keeping it on the page.

Noah loved it when we got to a colouring page and Finley let him take over. This made him feel like one of the big boys. They also did a few activities together as on one page would be something for Noah and the other for Finley.

The descriptions of what to do on each page were very simple and easy for the boys to understand as I read them out to them.

The book has four sections, The Three Little Pigs, The Princess and the Pea, Hansel and Gretel and Little Red Riding Hood. These are all well known fairy tales which both the boys knew and have heard of so they knew all about them. Each section has lots of activities revolving around the fairy tale and on each page there is a different line of the story. The activity on the page then relates to that part of the story. Great to keep little ones interested and get interacting.

This book has so many activities that we are yet to complete all of them. It is a book that will last a good while and one that your children will ask to come back to.

* As a Parragon Book Buddie we were sent this book to review. All opinions are 100% my own.*
